Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to help scale and execute our technical operations processes. This role is ideal for someone who’s customer-obsessed, energized by solving technical challenges, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll report to the Director of Technical Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
What You'll Do
- Client Solutions
- Serve as a technical advisor for customers, helping design and develop complex integration solutions
- Build strong relationships and troubleshoot customer issues throughout onboarding, launch, and beyond
- Provide hands-on technical support to ensure successful data flow and integration
- Internal Operations & Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Engineering to develop specs for new features and integrations
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that span infrastructure, delivery, and support
- Automate and optimize internal workflows and technical operations processes
- Translate business needs into actionable reports and dashboards
- Collaborate across teams to prepare and deliver data-driven insights
- Write and debug advanced SQL queries for internal and external reporting
- Investigate data issues and provide clear recommendations or resolutions
- Manage automated report generation and distribution
- Partner Integrations
- Lead external partner integration projects, from gathering requirements to coordinating with external engineering teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate partnership opportunities and ensure seamless technical alignment
- Education & Enablement
- Act as a subject matter expert across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Improve internal and customer-facing documentation to reduce friction and ticket volume
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
