Technical Product Manager - IAM

The Technical Product Manager will define and prioritize product initiatives for diverse regional needs, using expertise in identity standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO), multi-factor authentication, and directory services (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, cloud-native solutions). This role needs deep technical expertise, strategic vision for the roadmap, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic vision and product roadmap for IAM solutions (Authentication & Directory Services).
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and go-to-market activities.
• Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and industry experts.
• Track KPIs for product success (adoption and engagement).

Requirements:

• 1+ years of product management experience in IAM or related security technologies, focusing on Authentication and Directory Services.
• Good understanding of IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), multi-factor authentication (FIDO, RADIUS), Identity Federation, and Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS IAM).
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), including product requirements, user stories, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
