Background: Product Managers (PMs) are central to the success of vertically integrated product teams. These leaders drive product vision, prioritize outcomes, and ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Overview: Seeking an outcome-focused, remote Product Manager with a technical background to oversee one of our software products. The ideal candidate thrives in agile environments, can effectively prioritize features, and has experience working with remote teams in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy.
- Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives.
- Facilitate prioritization frameworks to rank backlog items.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis.
- Define clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Establish team-specific KPIs and contribute to shared metrics.
- Serve as the primary interface between the product team and non-technical stakeholders.
- Empower the team by providing context and clarifying goals.
- Drive go-to-market planning, including launch coordination and documentation.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience managing software products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated experience using data to prioritize decisions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
- Proven experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams.
Working Arrangements:
- Full Time (40hrs/week)
- Remote
- Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
