Technical Solutions Analyst - Client Services
The Technical Solutions team supports clients using Visa Digital products and services (Visa Direct, Click to Pay, Visa Transaction Controls). As an Analyst, Client Services, you will support merchants, issuers, developers, and partners across Global Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small Business channels, post-launch.
This role creates an opportunity to achieve success for clients with live push payment solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling support requests, working with internal and external teams.
- Providing high-value customer service support.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on at least three Visa Business Solutions products.
- Leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Acting as a client liaison, managing problems, and identifying processing efficiencies.
- Coordinating resources for Visa and client objectives.
- Staying current with industry and client trends.
- Representing complex customer change requests.
- Developing and managing strategic planning, projects, and continuous improvement plans.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of client inquiries and maintaining support documentation.
- Building positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Representing the client perspective within Visa.
- Proactively identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Reporting project accomplishments and deliverables to senior management.
- Educating clients on best practices.
- Performing proactive operational reviews.
- Bridging the knowledge gap between business and technology personnel.
- Providing leadership and communication, escalating issues as needed.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, shopping carts, and payment service providers (gateways).
- Understanding of mobile payments (NFC, TSMs, OTA, secure elements, contactless, online, QR Codes, cloud-based, chip cards).
- Understanding of web-based software development technologies (PHP, ASP, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, REST APIs).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Familiarity with Web Security (SSL, HTTPS, Hash algorithms).
- Familiarity with Splunk or related tools.
- Experience with customer support, software development, or web development.
Hybrid Position: Alternate remote and office work. 50% or more office time.
