Arcadia’s largest and most advanced partners often require carefully tailored solutions to leverage our software effectively. This role takes ownership of custom solutions for our largest customers by defining requirements, designing solutions, and partnering with Data Health, Data Engineering, and Research & Development functions through implementation.
This role reports to the SVP/GM of National Accounts and operates at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology, navigating complex data ecosystems, engaging stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes to drive client retention, long-term value, and strategic growth.
What Success Looks Like
- In 3 months: Gain deep familiarity with company products, integration options, and configuration capabilities. Understand existing solutions and associated risks. Identify improvements.
- In 6 months: Independently lead solution development initiatives with moderate complexity, own timelines, and technical documentation.
- In 12 months: Lead delivery of high-complexity solutions, serve as a strategic advisor, and mature team approach.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive solution design: Gather client and internal stakeholder requirements, design scalable solutions, assess impact.
- Own solution delivery: Lead solution delivery from scoping to go-live and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Coordinate with Customer Management, Data Health, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Translate complexity into clarity: Document requirements in a clear format for engineers and clients.
- Document solutions: Deliver comprehensive documentation for internal and client stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively: Provide regular status updates, manage risks, and keep internal teams and clients aligned.
- Ensure delivery excellence: Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or solution engineering in healthcare technology.
- Background in engineering, strong grasp of modern development practices and workflows.
- Proven ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating in a fast-paced agile environment.
Would Love For You To Have
- Experience in healthcare data integration (claims, clinical data).
- Understanding of modern data pipelines and analytics workflows.
- Familiarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), data lakehouse design patterns.
- Experience with data orchestration and processing tools.
