As a Technical Sourcer at TRM Labs, you will identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with our values.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives for global roles.
- Create outreach programs to engage top talent.
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential candidates (high volume).
- Collaborate with hiring managers, providing data-driven insights.
- Rapidly onboard to new positions, understanding role requirements.
- Master role-specific terminology and skills.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience (high-growth tech startups).
- Proven experience sourcing hard-to-find positions.
- Expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, developing personalized outreach strategies.
- Analyze and interpret sourcing metrics, conversion rates.
- Quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements.
- Strong communication skills and building trust with hiring managers.
- Persistence and results-oriented mindset.
Team Environment:

TRM Speed in this position:
- Within 72 hours of receiving a position, attend the intake meeting with TAM overview and sample profiles.
- Within 48 hours of candidate feedback, refine search criteria.
- Within 24 hours, create A/B outreach messaging and source 100 candidates in the first week.
- Identify 5 team members with relevant networks, and schedule sourcing jams.
- Analyze sourcing data and share insights with the hiring team.
