Full-Time Technical Specialist, DLP and SaaS

Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area with proximity to the Palo Alto Networks HQ in Santa Clara, CA. Highly-qualified candidates in the western U.S. also considered.

Your Career: Technical Specialist for DLP & SaaS supporting Palo Alto Networks' mission to improve organizational security postures.

Your Impact:

• Understand and characterize customer needs, identifying, prioritizing and developing DLP & SaaS subscription levels, bundles, and services.
• Coordinate with security services, engineering, and leadership to develop and deploy DLP & SaaS offerings, ensuring timeliness, technical alignment, and product quality.
• Monitor industry research and development, identifying and sponsoring R&D to support DLP & SaaS business growth.
• Design, plan, and articulate technical use cases to accelerate strategic priorities.
• Evangelize DLP & SaaS solutions through presentations and briefings to executives, stakeholders, and internal customers.
• Run effective demos and support Proof of Concepts (POC's) to ensure customer success.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years technical cybersecurity experience, strong knowledge of the internet security product landscape, DLP, and/or SaaS.
• Previous pre-sales experience.
• Prior VP/C-level customer engagement experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to lead complex analysis, drive prioritization, and develop strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive staff.
• Thrive in a matrixed team environment with values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity.
• Ability to travel (including internationally).
