Team & RoleWe are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our expanding APAC team. You'll collaborate directly with global hospitality operators, resolving issues, instructing product usage, and maximizing customer ROI. This role is critical to our mission of exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and efficiently.
  • Empower customers to achieve maximum ROI by providing insightful setups and solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our platform and their objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the SevenRooms platform, encompassing the organization and individual clients.
  • Document problem-solving steps for all clients.
  • Prioritize issues based on customer impact severity.
  • Utilize various internal and external tools to log issues, gather data, and track progress.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in high-impact customer-facing support or strategic account management (ideally within B2B SaaS or hospitality).
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, positive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously with excellent follow-through.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of hospitality software industry.
