The role:
We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional product and technical support to our US customers. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for customer service and technology, along with a great work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Run daily live Zoom programs for customers (session prep, facilitation, engagement)
- Provide technical support to customers (platform access, troubleshooting, feature guidance)
- Offer post-program support (video editing, uploading)
- Manage data (program registration, attendance, updates, schedules)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years customer and technical support experience.
- Ability to provide non-technical support.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prioritization and workload management.
- Teamwork and self-motivation.
- Develop trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solutions-driven with strong questioning skills (identify customer needs).
- Experience working with SaaS products (preferred).
