Full-Time Technical Transformation Specialist (Unit 42)

• Our leading consultancy seeks an experienced and innovative Technical Transformation Specialist to identify, craft and oversee high-impact transformation programmes across our most important EMEA clients.
• Requires a trusted technical advisor who can bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical execution.
• You’ll work at multiple levels: partnering with Unit 42 peers and client senior decision makers to influence transformation direction, embedding into delivery teams to guide execution.
• You bring a deep understanding of Palo Alto Networks technologies, especially Cortex and Prisma, and experience in applying them within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Client Engagement and Programme Delivery: Embed into key Unit 42 client engagements to design and deliver security transformation roadmaps. Partner with vCISOs and engagement leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable, technical programmes.
• Thought Leadership & Industry Collaboration: Represent Unit 42 and Palo Alto Networks in technical workshops, industry roundtables, or conferences.
• Technical Excellence & Enablement: Ensure transformation recommendations are pragmatic, achievable, and aligned to client operating realities.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale security transformation programmes in enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks technologies, particularly Cortex and Prisma; NGFW experience highly valued
• Background in architecture, presales, professional services, or platform strategy
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security, AI applications, Zero Trust, and SOC modernisation
• Skilled communicator — able to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior executives
• Experience in the EMEA market, with understanding of local delivery and sales ecosystems
• Fluent in English, with German, Spanish, or Italian as strong differentiators
