The Technical Writer will create and maintain documentation that translates complex technical and functional information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for various audiences. This individual will collaborate closely with software development and product teams.
What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documents.
- Ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guides and industry standards.
- Participate in the defining of documentation standards.
- Manage documentation across platforms and media.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve user experience.
- Train teams on new content standards.

What You Need (Education/Licenses/Certifications, Experience, Knowledge, Technical Skills & Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and software and programming concepts.
What Would be Nice (Preferred Skills & Experience)
- Proficiency with readme.com or similar version control systems.
- Fluency in Spanish or Russian
