Full-Time Territory Sales Manager

Calyxo, Inc. is a medical device company seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Westchester County, NY to drive high CVAC adoption among physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly territory plans.
• Provide monthly forecasts.
• Communicate Calyxo product value proposition.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts for product adoption.
• Communicate market conditions and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Professional Education for clinical/training support.
• Build/maintain relationships with key customers/KOLs.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Partner with Finance for sales reporting.
• Resolve product complaints/safety issues.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Manage travel and expenses.
• Contribute to company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience
• Medical device experience preferred
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue
• Proficient in navigating hospital/ASC product approval
• Operating room experience
• Knowledge of urology products and relationships with urologists desired
• Experience launching new technologies and navigating reimbursement
• Understanding of kidney stone treatment algorithms preferred
• Compliance with relevant vaccination rules
