Full-Time Test Manager (Security Clearance required)

• Lead customer-facing test assurance.
• Write bid responses and provide estimations.
• Define test strategies and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Develop detailed test plans.
• Coordinate test environments.
• Manage test resources, including scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for test automation.
• Ensure test reporting and defect management.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with customers.

• Essential:
• 5+ years in a Test Lead or Test Manager role.
• Customer-facing experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Experience writing bid responses.
• Background in test assurance and quality governance.
• Experience producing Test Strategies and test plans.
• Experience in test process improvement and Agile testing.
• Strong organizational and resource management skills.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks/tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Desirable:
• Experience in the Public Safety sector.
• Experience coordinating offshore and onshore test teams.
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence.

• Risk-based testing approach
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight delivery deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (minimum requirement).
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent (desirable).
