Full-Time Threat Intelligence Researcher

About the Role: Experienced threat hunter/threat researcher needed. Comfortable with ambiguity. Strong experience writing automation code for threat intelligence gathering. Expertise in the security community. Self-driven, adaptable to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tracking active threat campaigns (known and unknown) against public, private, and government entities. Automate data collection.
2. Develop Python automation code for in-house threat intelligence data collection.
3. Maintain knowledge of APT, ransomware, and major cybercrime TTPs.
4. Write and share threat reports with the security research community.
5. Train colleagues on advanced threat tracking methods.
6. Provide threat context and integration support for SecurityScorecard products, customers, and sales.
7. Analyze technical data to identify attacker TTPs, malware attributes, infrastructure, and related threats.
8. Hunt for emerging threats across internal/external sources.
9. Establish threat modeling standards, taxonomy, and processes.
10. Conduct threat research and analysis during major cyber-attacks.
