About the role: This remote contractor position is located in the Dominican Republic. Fubo seeks a bi-lingual (Spanish and English) Customer Care representative to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Education and Technical Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with customer care escalations
- Experience with social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
- Strong team skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries (billing, technical, social media)
- Ability to resolve issues quickly
