Full-Time TikTok Video Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for writing high-quality video interview scripts, ensuring alignment with platform style and user preferences.
2. Plan overall style, content direction, and creative concepts of interview videos. Design lens language to transform scripts into detailed shooting lists, specifying shooting requirements and visual effects.
3. Oversee the entire interview video production process: pre-production planning, online shooting, and post-production editing.
4. Continuously monitor interview video performance data (interaction rates, views, shares), optimizing content strategies and dissemination.
5. Stay updated on TikTok/YouTube trends and popular formats, adjusting video style and content accordingly.
6. Research target audience cultural characteristics and viewing preferences to enhance video appeal.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of video directing experience, with preference for interview production experience.
2. Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut).
3. Active thinking, capable of designing innovative interview formats and questioning methods; good copywriting skills.
4. Excellent analytical skills to optimize content based on data insights.
5. Heavy TikTok/YouTube user with understanding of short video content, keen sense of hot topics, and ability to generate topics (preference for building TikTok accounts from scratch).
6. Preference for experience in planning and directing viral videos.
7. Familiar with TikTok/YouTube advertising and analytics tools.
8. Knowledge of SEO and social media content optimization.
9. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
10. Interest in or experience in the Web3 industry is preferred.
