Full-Time Transport Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Transport Intelligence Analyst based in Rodange (L). The role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and supply chain experience, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. You will be part of the European Transport function, collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, external partners (freight carriers, audit company). Your work will help achieve financial data transparency and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and analyze financial performance KPIs.
• Monitor carrier costs weekly.
• Maintain and enhance analytical capabilities related to cost reporting, staying tuned to market dynamics.
• Support financial reporting (annual budget, month-end/weekly reporting, forecasting, cost deviation management).
• Support the deployment of cost analytical tools for the European Transportation team.
• Support freight projects to reduce costs and improve customer lead-times.
• Carrier portfolio management, quarterly performance reviews, and annual budget discussions.
• Facilitate communication between Avery Dennison departments (shipping, customer service) and carrier partners.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, research, transport, or related fields with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-4+ years of experience in analyst, ELS, or project-based roles within an international organization.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial processes, printing technologies, and/or labeling solutions is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analytics.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong time-management, prioritization, and self-management skills.
• Energetic, dedicated, and enthusiastic work approach with an analytical mindset.
• Strong customer focus and orientation.
