About the role: We are seeking highly organized and customer-focused Transportation Claims Adjusters to join our team. The successful candidate will handle claims, educate customers, and deliver service to all constituents of the claim.

What we need: Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality customer service, gather necessary information, and explain policy/coverage. Manage claims, adjust reserves, coordinate repairs, and assist with rental reimbursement. Recognize recovery opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with involved parties and negotiate settlements.
- Provide input for continuous development of claims guidelines.
- Oversee external investigative service providers.
- Engage in learning opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years of experience in transportation claims adjusting (rideshare, first party-comp & collision, third-party PD, total loss), active adjuster license(s).
Preferred skills: Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, commercial experience, ability to analyze complex data.
