Automotive Claims Adjuster - Protective Life Corporation
About the Role: Help protect our customers and be a part of something meaningful.
What You'll Do:
- Handle and adjudicate claims.
- Accurately assess contract/agreement/policy coverage for new losses.
- Document and investigate losses accurately.
- Provide top-tier customer service.
- Engage professionally with customers on claim processing and coverage.
- Authorize claims and handle inbound calls.
- Process paperwork according to procedures.
- Take on other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in automotive service (technician or advisor).
- Stellar communication, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Fast-paced environment experience and obstacle removal skills.
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High school diploma.
When You'll Work: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM, with rotating Saturday every 6-8 weeks. Training period of three weeks. Start date: January 6, 2025
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annual. Incentive opportunities.
