Full-Time Compliance Analyst

The Risk and Compliance Analyst at Reserv will play a critical role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and ethical standards. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs and initiatives to mitigate risks and safeguard our operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or related field
• 2+ years of compliance experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• 5+ years of claims handling experience, preferably in multiple lines of business.
• Strong drafting and procedure-writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and technology departments.
• Strong technical skills in systems such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starting with the ability to take ownership of programs.
• Professional certifications such as CCEP or CRCM are a plus.
