Full-Time Claims Analyst

• Review claimant submissions and supporting documentation.
• Contact claimants to clarify documentation requirements.
• Apply FEMA policies to determine eligible losses and compensation.
• Coordinate with Site Inspectors and Subject Matter Experts.
• Identify duplication of benefits.
• Document casework accurately and maintain production timelines.
• Support the preparation of determination memorandums.
• Collaborate with QC, Appeals, and Team Leads.
• Respond to workflow, documentation, and policy questions as needed.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1-10 years of experience in claims, case review, or documentation verification.
• Ability to review and evaluate documentation.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for FEMA Public Trust).
