Full-Time Travel & Financial Analyst

The Travel & Financial Analyst is responsible for analysis, reporting, and budget support. The analyst must have strong attention to detail, superior analytical capability and problem-solving skills, and take ownership of all tasks.

The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

1. Gather and analyze travel and expense data.
2. Work with accounting to ensure travel and expenses adhere to company policy.
3. Manage travel and expense system (policy updates, form changes, corporate credit cards, user provisioning).
4. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline travel and expense management using data analysis and industry knowledge.
5. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and metrics and present findings/observations.
6. Respond to inquiries and provide guidance based on travel and expense policies.
7. Monitor and analyze spending trends to identify areas for cost savings.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years experience in data analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and modeling
• Comfort working with large datasets
• Experience with change management
• Prior travel and expense data experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
• Resourcefulness and ability to find creative solutions to problems

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base pay (does not include bonuses or benefits). Annual bonus target: 10%.
