Full-Time Unemployment Claims Analyst (US Remote)

We're seeking a UI Claims Analyst to partner with clients, manage unemployment claims, and guide employer-state agency communication.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with clients for claim information.
2. Prepare comprehensive claim responses for optimal outcomes.
3. Address state agency requests for additional information.
4. Develop client partnerships and provide coaching for improved outcomes.
5. Analyze unfavorable determinations and advise clients on appeal prospects.
6. File appeals and schedule hearings with state agencies.
