We are supporting the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) providing secure communication and IT services.
The NCIA requires SME support for Interoperability topics.
The selected contractor will:
- Assist NCIA PoW teams and NDS sponsors in coordination and management.
- Develop supporting artefacts and support PoW project manager.
- Coordinate with other NCIA PoW teams.
- Exercise technical leadership and management of work packages.
- Participate in portfolio/programme management activities.
- Organize and engage in scoping discussions.
- Provide technical briefings and presentations.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports.
- Provide SME support on secure communications.
- Contribute SME knowledge to DPC policies.
- Develop presentations and briefs for DPC discussions.
- Ensure alignment of DPC standards with NATO requirements.
- Maintain technical awareness of FMN specifications.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Senior profile, principal engineer level.
- Solid scientific background and proven technical management.
- Experience in secure communications in defence networks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Recent NATO experience.
- Detailed understanding of secure networking.
- Experience in current developments in NATO communications.
Security Clearance: Valid National or NATO Secret clearance.
