What You Will Do
- Monitor and respond to support requests via tickets, chat, or phone.
- Collaborate with the Taegis VDR development team on platform issues and strategy improvements.
- Collaborate within the team to optimize efficiency programmatically and strategically.
- Apply vulnerability management knowledge to guide customers towards better VM strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical recommendations.
- Contribute to team projects and work independently when needed.
- Create technical documents and knowledge base articles.
- Document customer issues, meet SLAs, and deliver excellent customer service.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of software product support experience.
- 2-3 years of VMS/Information Security experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking.
- Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with vulnerability management platforms (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 – a plus).
