About the opportunityJoin our Xplor Pay vertical as a Vendor Analyst to make a real impact every day. We know that every conversation, code line, and interface enriches our customers' experiences.
Reporting into SVP – Strategic Partnerships / Third Party, you'll monitor and analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop performance dashboards using Power BI.
This role works closely with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify trends, and prepare performance reports.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for vendor spend and performance insights.
- Track KPIs and support vendor performance reviews.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend expense reduction strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to align reporting with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for reporting process automation and enhancement.
- Provide data support for vendor-related projects and inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or vendor management with large datasets and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and data automation tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, perform cost analysis, and assess vendor performance.
- Strong collaboration, report preparation, and presentation skills.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (average base)
Location: Fully remote (valid work rights and suitable time zone).
