Full-Time Vendor Analyst (REMOTE)

Reporting into SVP – Strategic Partnerships / Third Party, you'll monitor and analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop performance dashboards using Power BI.

This role works closely with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify trends, and prepare performance reports.
2. Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for vendor spend and performance insights.
3. Track KPIs and support vendor performance reviews.
4. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend expense reduction strategies.
5. Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and compliance monitoring.
6. Partner with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to align reporting with business needs.
7. Identify opportunities for reporting process automation and enhancement.
8. Provide data support for vendor-related projects and inquiries.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or vendor management with large datasets and expense tracking.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and data automation tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, perform cost analysis, and assess vendor performance.
• Strong collaboration, report preparation, and presentation skills.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (average base)

Location: Fully remote (valid work rights and suitable time zone).
