Job Details
Communicate closely with VIP clients through various channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls, online chats, and email.
Analyze customer complaints and suggestions. Monitor actions and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Analyze customer accounts and create personalized activation plans.
Perform daily analysis of client activity and reactivation.
Handle significant deposits/withdrawals for VIP and pre-VIP clients.
Increase VIP client deposits and turnovers. Address unsuccessful transactions.
Monitor group and individual performance indicators.
Ability to work night shifts.
Experience: 1+ year in customer service/sales.
English: Intermediate or higher.
Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel and other relevant computer programs.
Experience: Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and patience.
Personal attributes: Sociable, independent, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
