Communicate closely with VIP clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail.
Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitor their actions, and search for opportunities to improve customer experience.
Analyze customer accounts and create an activation plan for each individual customer.
Perform daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation.
Work with significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP and pre-VIP clients.
Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients. Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals.
Work on group and individual performance indicators.
Ability to work at night shift.
Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year.
English at least Intermediate.
PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs).
Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client.
Sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
