Job Details
Communicate closely with VIP clients via various channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls, chats, and email.
Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitor actions, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Analyze customer accounts and create individual activation plans.
Perform daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation.
Manage significant deposits/withdrawals for VIP and pre-VIP clients.
Increase VIP client deposits/turnovers and resolve unsuccessful transactions.
Track group and individual performance indicators.
Work night shifts.
Experience in customer service/sales (minimum 1 year).
Fluency in Ukrainian, and Intermediate English.
Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, and other programs).
Proven experience with successful client cooperation, active listening, patience.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, independence, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
