Job Details
- Communicate closely with VIP-clients through Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls, chats, and e-mail.
- Analyze customer complaints and suggestions.
- Analyze customer accounts and create activation plans.
- Perform daily analysis of client activity.
- Work with significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP clients.
- Increase deposits/turnovers of VIP clients.
- Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals.
- Work on group and individual performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Ability to work at night shift.
- Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year.
- English at least Intermediate.
- Ukrainian - fluent.
- PC skills (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of cooperation with clients.
- Sociability, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
