Full-Time VIP QA Officer

Growe is seeking a VIP QA Officer to analyze chats, emails, and calls processed by VIP customer support agents and account managers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying mistakes, areas for improvement, and positive aspects in VIP customer interactions.
• Providing detailed and structured feedback on agent performance.
• Collaborating with the VIP trainer to develop performance improvement plans.
• Working with VIP CS and AM teams to adhere to established processes.
• Reporting urgent cases to management.
• Suggesting improvements to communication processes with VIP users.
• Completing sometimes repetitive tasks with creative elements.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English and Spanish skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or account management.
• Experience with customer communication tools (Intercom and Unitalk preferred).
• Experience in gambling/betting and/or advanced sports knowledge is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with multinational teams.
