helloassist is seeking a Virtual Assistant (REMOTE - WFH) to support business operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in administrative support, task management, and communication.
The ideal candidate will manage various tasks, provide timely support, and create systems for efficient company operations. We're a small, fast-growing startup that values versatile team members who can dive into new skills, fine-tune processes, and craft business policies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily administrative tasks (email, scheduling, documents).
- Support team members with tasks and projects.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain information across systems.
- Communicate regularly with the team, providing updates.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues.
- Develop and maintain organizational systems.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Continuously improve administrative processes and tools.
Results Expected:
- Weekly/Monthly activity/progress reports.
- Data accuracy/analysis reports.
- Content calendars/performance analysis/trend reports.
- Expense reports/research summaries.
- Travel itineraries/logistics coordination.
- Drafting/finalizing content.
- Ad-hoc tasks, reports, or projects based on client needs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Virtual Assistant experience.
- Strong communication skills (clear presentation).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with graveyard shift work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Outsourcing or related industries.
- Experience supporting Startups.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management).
