What You'll Do:
- Keep the CEO on track: manage schedule, meetings, and travel.
- Help with client communications and internal project scheduling.
- Organize marketing projects and assist with campaigns.
- Handle daily admin tasks: expenses, emails, and general coordination.
- Be the eyes and ears for the CEO.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced agency.
- Super organized: stay ahead of deadlines.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Asana, Notion, Monday, Slack, Google Sheets, and GSuite.
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks.
- Experience supporting teams in marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management apps (Asana, Trello, etc.)
