About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support Kenneth, the CEO, in managing day-to-day operations, client interactions, and executive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s communications, including managing emails and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritized effectively.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives.
- Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of client information and sales progress.
- Research prospective clients and partners, providing insights and recommendations for outreach.
- Facilitate follow-ups on sales and partnership leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
- Organize and manage virtual events or webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Support internal operations by liaising with other departments on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a sales/client engagement role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Bright, extroverted, and bubbly personality with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Advanced proficiency in calendar management, email organization, and project coordination.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.
