We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for remote administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing communication (email & phone)
- Providing customer service
- Scheduling meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Managing contact lists and calendars
- Creating/reviewing customer spreadsheets and records
- Conducting market research and reporting
- Preparing presentations
- Assisting employees with administrative needs
Requirements include:
- 2+ years' experience in a Virtual Assistant or related role
- Strong experience with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office)
- Proficiency with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications are a plus
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00/hour.
