Job Details
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for remote administrative support. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, scheduling meetings/travel, managing calendars, creating reports, and assisting employees. A strong internet connection and proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Skype, Zoom) are necessary.
Requirements include 2+ years of Virtual Assistant experience (or related), strong technology skills (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP), proficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, and excellent communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging). Organizational and time management skills are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; administrative/executive assistant experience is a plus.
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00/hour.
