We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for remote administrative support. You will handle administrative projects with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email and phone calls)
- Provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, travels, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets
- Conduct market research and reporting
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role
- Strong proficiency in current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Proficient in word-processing software (MS Office), spreadsheets, online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Administrator or Executive Assistant) a plus
