We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling administrative projects and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Organizing communication via emails and phone calls.
- Providing customer service as the first point of contact.
- Organizing meetings, travels, and accommodations.
- Managing contact lists and organizing managers’ calendars.
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets, and maintaining online records.
- Conducting market research and reporting results.
- Preparing presentations.
- Assisting employees with their administrative queries.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Virtual Assistant or relevant experience.
- Strong experience with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Proficiency with word-processing software (MS Office), spreadsheets, online calendars (Google Calendar).
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; relevant certifications a plus.
