We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative projects with minimal supervision.
- Answering emails.
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Organizing communication (emails and phone calls).
- Providing customer service.
- Organizing meetings, travels, and accommodations.
- Managing contact lists and calendars.
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets.
- Conducting market research and reporting results.
- Preparing presentations.
- Assisting employees with administrative queries.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role.
- Strong experience with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (especially MS Office).
- Strong proficiency in online calendars (especially Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; experience as Administrator or Executive Assistant is a plus.
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
