We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for remote administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (emails, calls).
- Handle customer service.
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Manage contact lists and calendars.
- Create/review customer spreadsheets & records.
- Conduct market research and reporting.
- Prepare presentations.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role.
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong skills with word-processing, spreadsheets (MS Office).
- Experience with online calendars (Google Calendar).
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; relevant certifications beneficial.
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
