We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing communication (email & phone)
- Providing customer service
- Scheduling meetings, travels, and accommodations
- Managing contact lists and calendars
- Creating & reviewing customer spreadsheets/records
- Conducting market research and reporting
- Preparing presentations
- Assisting employees with administrative tasks
Requirements include:
- 2+ years' experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong skills with word-processing software (MS Office) and spreadsheets
- Strong skills with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications a plus (Data Entry Admin, Executive Assistant)
Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
