Job Details
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team, working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (emails and calls)
- Provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets
- Conduct market research and report results
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Proficiency with word-processing software (MS Office), spreadsheets, calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant experience is a plus
