Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email & phone).
- Provide customer service.
- Schedule meetings & travel.
- Manage contact lists & calendars.
- Create & review spreadsheets/records.
- Conduct market research & reporting.
- Prepare presentations.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Proficiency with word-processing & spreadsheet software (MS Office).
- Proficiency with online calendars (Google Calendar).
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus.
