We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team. You will handle administrative tasks remotely, with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email, phone calls)
- Provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets
- Conduct market research and report results
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related role
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Proficient in online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus
Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
