We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for remote administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (emails, calls)
- Provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets
- Conduct market research and reporting
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related fields
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong skills in word-processing, spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Experience with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant certification is a plus
Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour.
