We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely. You will handle administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication via email and phone.
- Provide customer service.
- Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Manage contact lists and calendars.
- Create and review customer spreadsheets.
- Conduct market research and report results.
- Prepare presentations.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related role.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Proficient with word-processing software (MS Office) and spreadsheets.
- Proficient with online calendars (Google Calendar).
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications (Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) are a plus.
