We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support
- Handling administrative projects
- Delivering high-quality work
- Answering emails
- Scheduling meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Organizing communication via emails and phone calls
- Providing customer service
- Organizing meetings, travels, and accommodations
- Managing contact lists
- Organizing managers’ calendars
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets
- Keeping online records
- Conducting market research and reporting results
- Preparing presentations
- Helping employees with administrative queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related role
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong skills in word-processing software (e.g., MS Office), spreadsheets, online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (e.g., Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant) a plus
