Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email, phone).
- Handle customer service.
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations.
- Manage contact lists and calendars.
- Create and review spreadsheets, maintain records.
- Conduct market research and report results.
- Prepare presentations.
- Assist employees with administrative needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related role.
- Remote work capability.
- Proficient in current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
- Strong skills with word-processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).
- Proficient in online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications (Data Entry Admin, Executive Assistant) a plus.
