We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support to our team.
You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email & phone)
- Provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets
- Conduct market research and reporting
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative queries
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related field
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong skills with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Proficiency with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant) a plus
