We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support. You will handle administrative projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing communication (email, phone)
- Providing customer service
- Scheduling meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Managing contact lists and calendars
- Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets, maintaining online records
- Conducting market research and reporting results
- Preparing presentations
- Assisting employees with administrative needs
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong skills with word-processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office)
- Strong online calendar and scheduling skills (Google Calendar)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; relevant certifications (e.g., Data Entry Administrator, Executive Assistant) a plus
